Losing this vital information, or even worse, having it fall into the wrong hands, could be detrimental to your business.
So, ask each provider you evaluate to provide details about their security measures, so you can feel comfortable that your data is not only secure from unauthorized access, but that your system is protected from outages and system failures as well.
Make sure the provider you choose offers:

* Multi-level login authentication and password-protected system access
* 24 x 7 system monitoring
* Redundant servers
* Scheduled daily backups
