Soffront CRM Customer DCPA Awarded for its 'CRM on Steroids' Solution at the Gartner Customer 360 Summit
For its implementation of Soffront CRM software, Diefendorf Capital Planning Associates (DCPA) won the gold award for Efficiency from the 2010 Gartner and 1to1 Media CRM Excellence Awards at the Gartner Customer 360 Summit, which was held June 28th-30th in Los Angeles, California. DCPA, a financial management firm located in Long Island, New York, has been a customer of Soffront CRM since 2006.
This award was part of a presentation of five categories of Gartner & 1to1 Media CRM Excellence awards at the Gartner Customer 360 Summit: Customer Experience, Efficiency, Enterprise-wide, Innovation, and Growth. A panel of judges, including Gartner analysts and other CRM experts from business and academia, gave a gold and silver award to entrants in each category.
Judges determined each award recipient by evaluating and rating each company’s demonstrated excellence in CRM. DCPA, in particular, was selected for its demonstration of efficiency through reducing operational and interaction costs without a detrimental impact on the customer experience, as well as efficiency improvements in sales, marketing, and customer service.
DCPA was ecstatic to receive the award. Monroe Diefendorf, Jr., CEO at DCPA said, “Using Soffront, we have created a whole new way of doing business – what I like to call ‘CRM on steroids.’ We are more productive in every area of our business and have increased revenues by 300%.”
