X2CRM is a CRM software solution that comes equipped with a range of marketing automation tools. Users can start out by creating email marketing materials and distributing them to people on contact lists.

If a consumer shows interest in the product or service, the program can take down contact information through web forms and landing pages. Leads are then automatically distributed to different reps based on user-defined rules, and reps can pull up interaction histories, change CRM details and send out quotes. Lastly, X2CRM features a task management dashboard and a social stream that shows reps’ current activities and questions.
