Mosaictrack is recruiting software designed to match candidates to job openings based on skill and culture fit. The platform utilizes machine learning and artificial intelligence to access resumes within the user’s applicant tracking system, read each resume the way a hiring team would, and then assign each candidate a skill score and a culture score in order to determine how well a candidate is suited for the job.

The software enables users to customize job descriptions to include keywords in order to help candidates navigate to the right job listing, identifies content and wording that would best appeal to candidates, and is equipped with an AI editor designed to identify positive, negative, and corporate jargon so that users can choose the best wording options. Additionally, the platform provides users with an unbiased recruitment process, and is equipped with a natural language processing engine for better assessing resumes, concepts and topics.
