About Voxa
Voxa is an email intelligence software solution that works between email clients and Salesforce to log all customer activity. The program automatically reads all incoming emails and sends their relevant pieces of data to the appropriate Salesforce accounts. For instance, the system can log new leads, lead actions, scheduled meetings and upcoming tasks.
If a lead is completely new, the product can create a new Salesforce profile and populate it with contact information. Users can run through past conversations and have their details automatically uploaded into Salesforce and additionally generate analytics and insights on overall sales trends. Lastly, Voxa works across virtually any type of device and email client.
