The platform is available as both a physical or virtual network appliance, and detects and prevents data breaches through specialized detection engines and custom sandbox analysis.
The software is designed to monitor all ports and 105+ protocols from a centralized system, monitors lateral traffic to detect C&C behavior, and is built to detect mass file modifications, encryption behavior and modifications to backup and restore processes when monitoring for ransomware threats. Additionally, the platform is equipped with extensive detection techniques including web filtering with URL reputation, lateral movement detection, and machine-learning optimized relevance pattern detection.
