Tier1ACE Prospector a is a sales prospecting and analytics tool that works inside Salesforce to build better relationships with clients through online intelligence. At the start, users can search through an online database of over 144,000 contacts and pull up information on their portfolios, purchases and ownership trends. The program can then upload a select list directly into Salesforce and populate accounts and profiles with contact information.

The system constantly updates its database with all contact profile detail changes, and users have access to information on over 19,000 institutions and 22,000 mutual funds. Lastly, the platform can scour the web for information on currently listed Salesforce leads and add information to their profiles.
