TalentCommunity is talent management software that enables users to engage, screen, manage and capture potential candidates. The platform is built on an open architecture in order to integrate with the user’s existing systems and technology while still providing a variety of tools within a single platform, enables talent candidates to engage with company representatives, and is equipped to facilitate talent screening through video chats, job and employee matching functionality, and questionnaires.
