SOTI MobiAssist is a remote support help desk solution for all of the user’s IT assets. From a centralized console, users can provide remote support for smartphones, handhelds, desktops and servers.
For the support itself, the program allows users to control their devices remotely in order to troubleshoot. If the device owner isn’t present, users can still access the device through the system’s unattended access tool. Lastly, the platform features a dashboard where users can manage accounts and generate maintenance reports.
