About RationalPlan Multi Project

RationalPlan Multi Project is a project management software solution that is specifically designed for project managers that need to handle a company’s projects and resources in a centralized way. Besides offering all features available in the Single Project version, Multi Project offers additionally functionality for projects that are interrelated by task dependencies or common resources.

The software also provides users with full data visibility within a single interface, enables users to view overallocated resources and resources that work overtime, and allows users to define company-wide resources being shared on multiple projects, including employee time, equipment and materials. Additionally, the platform provides users with customizable slack for viewing critical project tasks, allows users to mark task progress by changing task completion values such as percent complete, and displays timephased information concerning task work and costs.
