About protel Smart
protel Smart is a hotel management software solution designed for small hotels with 30 to 60 rooms. Users can manually take down reservations after they receive them via phone or email. Once a guest is entered into the database, the system can show the guest’s key contact information and booking history. Each guest profile is fully customizable with the data it displays and can also show preferred amenities and meals. Users can then check guests in and out for their stays and take down all receivables. Lastly, protel Smart can generate a number of operational reports and financial forecasts for upcoming periods.
