Paycor Applicant Tracking is web-based applicant tracking software that provides users with real-time dashboards designed to enable users to view and manage all aspects of the applicant tracking system at any time. The platform provides users with a library of customizable email templates, is EEO/OFCCP compliant, and is designed to insure the full recruitment processes by recording reasons for non-selection, flow logs, hire and offer logs, and minimum qualification questions.

The software allows managing users to authorized access to candidate pools and any information stored within the system, enables users to run interactive staffing meetings, and is designed to integrate within Paycor’s full HR application. Additionally, the platform is designed to pre-populate employee records, is optimized for smartphones, tablets, computers and any browser, and allows users to email commands into the system, such as changing candidate status, recording and capturing interview feedback, and job and offer approval.
