Paycom HR Management Paycom HR Management is a complete human capital management system that provides users with toolsets for document and task management, government compliance, benefits administration, COBRA administration, self-service capabilities, personnel action forms and surveys and analytics. The platform securely stores employee documents and records while protecting said documents from any unauthorized access, assists users with employee retention rates, and provides employees with online access to company forms and documents as well as facilitates any online signatures required on those forms.

The software helps users to avoid violations, and audits and penalties when it comes to employment laws, enables users to comply with FLSA, FMLA, unemployement, COBRA, OSHA, EEOC, VETS-4212 and any other state or federal regulations, and facilitates the creation of customized benefits plan setups, deduction amounts, enrollment dates and new-hire waiting periods. Additionally, the platform is equipped with COBRA administration tools that work to protect users and organizations against COBRA violations, fines and penalties, as well as is designed to trigger relevant COBRA actions when certain events occur, such as adding a health care deduction or terminating an employee.
