About Meltwater Buzz Social Suite

Meltwater Buzz Social Suite is a powerful, three-pronged social monitoring and engagement program that helps businesses connect deeply with customers and create compelling, effective social media presences. The Listen module searches over 200 million online sources, filters and analyzes data with consideration to sentiment analysis and influencers, and finally turns the data into actionable information through integration with the Engage module.

The Engage module connects businesses to high-influence people and allows businesses to respond to important conversations found by the Listen and Connect modules. Users can also post directly to Facebook and Twitter from the Engage module, and the module has a social CRM database that helps businesses keep track of all conversations as well. The Connect module integrates with the social CRM database of the Engage module, and is centered on the creation and management of Facebook tabs. Meltwater Buzz is a Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer (Pages) with its Connect module.
