MegaPath Hosted PBX is VoIP software that provides users with advanced call routing capabilities, is designed to integrate with the user’s CRM and help desk systems, and supports multiple company operations such as communication and sales. The platform allows users to implement up to ten alternate phone numbers alongside a main phone number, as well as assign distinct phone rings to numbers in order to better identify and route calls.
The software is equipped with call logging and call detail record management tools, allows users to define criteria that decide if users are notified of calls via email, and provides users with extension dialing capabilities. Additionally, the platform allows users to define criteria triggered by incoming calls in order to determine priority levels, implement customizable personal greetings and voice messages, and is equipped with point-to-point intercom functionalities.
