The LogicMelon Talent Management Suite is job posting and candidate management software that offers users the Post, Manage and Report product base, as well as a variety of recruitment and candidate management tools. The platform distributes job postings across multiple online job boards, free job boards, and social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and LinkedIn, collates and filters applications in a single place, and enables users to track individual job progress and candidate communications.

The software enables users to assess job ad performance and which job boards work the best for specific jobs, track and manage ad costs and time-per-hire, and enables users to create talent pools for future hiring processes including the ability to store CVs and build a bank of candidates. Additionally, the platform is equipped with auto scheduling tools for planning, scheduling and booking interviews, integrates with leading CMS/ATS vendors, and provides users with a Facebook job board app that integrates into the user’s company Facebook page.
