About KonaSearch

KonaSearch is enterprise content management software that works as a search application within the Salesforce database, as well as through other external content sources including Box, SharePoint and Google Drive. The platform is designed to conduct relevancy-based, full-text database searches, and allows users to submit search queries with acronyms, spell correction, relevance sorting, relational search and dynamic facets.

The software searches all fields for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, and Knowledge Content Manager objects, is capable of running full-text searches across multiple content types including attachments, Chatter files, articles and documents of any size, and is built to run external source searches across local file systems and web sites. Additionally, the platform delivers search results within Salesforce even if the relevant content is from an external source, and is capable of searching both cloud and on-premise content repositories.
