About Queue Plus

Queue Plus is a practice management software solution that helps hospitals queue visiting patients. When patients enter the hospital waiting room, they can input their information into a kiosk, receive numbered waiting tickets and view their queue statuses on an overhead display.

Meanwhile, hospital staff can filter queues by requested doctors and call out numbers when openings appear. Users can then see the occupancy status for each doctor and room and categorize statuses by color. Lastly, the platform can generate a number of reports on overall operations and be customized to meet the needs of individual hospitals.
