Event Plus is a hospitality management software solution that works alongside Folio Plus HMS to maintain conferences, trade shows and seminars. When a guest comes in with an event request, the program can view all open dates and rooms, generate a list of physical and personnel needs and draw up a proposal and contract.
Guests can then add their preferences for food and facilities and draw an agreement. From there, the system can take down all event signups, check guests in, identify no-shows and keep all communications running between different staff teams. Users can create event templates that carry prepackaged event settings and features, and the product generates sales reports after events. Lastly, the platform can easily calculate all costs as a contract is being drafted.
