Invoca Voice Marketing Cloud works across the user’s inbound calls department to manage all calls and provide key marketing intelligence. When a user receives a call, the program ties the call to a specific marketing campaign, message and/or social media channel.
As the calls come in, the system starts to build up analytics that show a complete picture of a company’s marketing performance. For call management, a number of filter and routing tools are available and can match calls to agents based on location, customer status and more. Lastly, the platform can take call data and populate a contact database with relevant data pieces.
