About innGrid PMS

innGrid PMS is a hotel management software solution that is extremely simple to learn and use. Guests can either go directly to a hotel website to create bookings or use a third party online travel agency. Once the booking is complete, the program logs all information on the guest and tracks the guest’s history with the hotel. During stays, guests can check in and check out and are billed at the end. Additionally, the system prompts each departing guest to leave a hotel review and monitors all online reviews for customer insights. Lastly, innGrid PMS can generate a variety of housekeeping reports.
