Donor Tools is donor management software that provides users with the full spectrum of donor management tools and is designed to support unlimited users and donations, enables users to accept online donations, and integrates with Quickbooks. The platform is equipped with smart tags for automated grouping, querying and reporting operations, tracks and manages all donors and income, and is built with an open API that enables users to access the donor database from external applications.

The software is equipped with a donor self-service portal that facilitates donor sign-in, report views and online donation processes, integrates with email and other communication systems, and utilizes SSL Encryption to ensure all data is protected. Additionally, the platform is equipped with remote access capabilities, maintains audit histories and logs all account activity, and enables users to set up and launch fundraising pages.
