DNAnexus is a business intelligence software solution that manages genomic data, enables users to upload data to the cloud using multiple upload methods including command-line uploads, upload via web platform, fetched from a URL or direct upload via DNAnexus API, and facilitates multi-threaded data uploads using the upload agent from any stage in the pipline using data directly from the sequencing instrument.
