DataMotion SecureForms is secure online form creation software that automates electronic workflows by enabling customers and partners to submit sensitive information electronically. The platform automatically integrates all form submissions into the user’s backend systems, allows users to create form fields that are directly relevant to company-specific workflows, and transports all data over an encrypted channel to be stored in a secure system.

The software enables offline workflows such as loan applications, processing, benefits enrollment, health insurance claims and medical history forms, as well as enables users to create web and PDF forms consistent with the user’s company branding themes and visual elements. Additionally, the platform is standards based and allows users to deploy HTML forms that capture responses as XML, CSV, PDF and plain text, tracks all form submissions and sends notifications when forms are submitted, and creates paperless workflows and environments.
