About CyCHART

CyCHART is electronic health record software that supports chronic disease management, prescription management, computerized physician order entry (CPOE), interoperable encounter documentation, clinical flowcharts, structured and unstructured medical notes and nutritional notes. The platform provides users with a centralized patient database that manages patient data including allergies, prescriptions and patient health and family health histories.

The software allows users to customize summary page layouts in order to reflect practice-specific requirements, provides a library of customizable patient encounter templates and allows users to submit electronic orders for prescriptions, labs and procedures. Additionally, the platform is designed to perform automated checks for drug contraindications, dosing alerts and generics.
