Mercury xRM is a recruiting software solution that uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM to maintain all recruitment operations. Whenever a new position opens up, users can draft a job posting and send it to multiple online job boards.

As applications come in, the program can search through each one for keywords and create a short list for the best candidates. Users can then schedule meetings with applicants and track all progress in the recruitment cycle. The product can store files, notes and profiles for all applicants, and users can define processes and workflows for management approvals. Lastly, the platform can generate reports on productivity levels on all recruiters.
