Cloudingo is a data management software solution that works inside Salesforce to prevent duplicate data entries. The program is compatible with all Salesforce editions and starts out by reviewing all active records. The system then displays all data duplications and asks users how they want to handle each issue.

Once all duplicates are verified or removed, users can merge notes, cases, records and more for easy consolidation. The product can employ user-defined filters when going through records for duplicates, and users can store all activity in complete audit trails. Lastly, the platform can enforce policies so that only unique records can be created.
