Circle Commerce Manager (CCM) is an order management platform designed to oversee every aspect of order processing operations and can support up to tens of thousands orders per day. The platform can fully integrate with most ecommerce solutions, including Magento and MarketLive, and also works with many payment processors, shippers and shopping channels.

As a back-end order management system, the software provides support for forecasting and purchasing, product information management (PIM, interfaced to the channels), inventory management, warehouse management, web services, customer support and more. Additionally, the platform also includes full shipping channel integration with sites such as Amazon and eBay.
