About ChartPerfect EHR

ChartPerfect EHR is electronic health record software that allows users to enter data using different devices such as tablets, mobile phones and computers, depending on the user’s workflow. The platform allows users to enter data through multiple methods including typing, point-and-click, built-in modifiable, condition-based templates, and speech diction, is equipped with eprescribing capabilitites, and a secure internal messaging system.

The software comes pre-loaded with ICD-10, and allows users to search codes using either the code number or any part of the description, automatically transmits data to state vaccine registries at the end of each day, and provides users with role-based dashboards for daily tasks and activities. Additionally, the platform is equipped with an orders module for ordering laps or diagnostics, provides real-time results processing and viewing capabilities, and is equipped to transmit and share CCD information with other providers for follow-ups or referrals, as well as receive CCD information from other providers.
