Capsule CRM is customer relationship management software that manages and tracks people, companies and organizations through bird’s-eye-view visibility. The platform tracks contact interactions by attaching notes and email conversations to contact accounts, manages documents, agreements, proposals and other relevant files, and provides a task tracking tool for managing completed and to-do tasks.

The software facilitates internal data sharing, tracks contact social media accounts and allows users to organize contacts through custom, searchable tags.
