BillQuick HR is human resources software designed to support both the company side of HR management with forms, benefits lists, and journal functionalities, as well as provides users with toolsets geared towards employee HR aspects such as contact info management, benefits and salary history. The platform maintains employee-related data, employee contact lists and emergency contact lists, and manages all payroll and salary history and data for the benefit of both HR management and employees.

The software monitors and manages lists of benefits offered by the user’s company, is equipped with a journal tool that records employee-related activities such as awards or warnings, and records all employee-related incidents such as any submitted claims or work-related accidents. Additionally, the platform enables users to print any required HR forms such as payroll witholding forms, is equipped with an employee photo management functionality, and is built to be a highly flexible and customizable system in order to match user- or company-specific needs and workflows.
