Bella FSM is field service management software that provides users with tools designed to manage schedules, customers, work orders, employees, vendors, invoices, accounting operations and equipment. The platform enables users to create and manage jobs from any stage such as quote, work order, invoice or paid, allows users to update job statuses from the field, and is equipped with job dashboards that provide real-time views into business operations.
The software is equipped with a calendar for scheduling new jobs and updating existing jobs through drag-and-drop functionality, provides user with CRM tools for managing communications, notes, jobs, contact information, locations and equipment, and offers access to the system from any location and across multiple device types such as computers, laptops, smart phones and tablets. Additionally, the platform creates and tracks estimates, is equipped with billing and accounting management tools, and allows users to create lists of employees and vendors for management within the FSM system.
