The platform supports high-volume and high-touch multi-channel campaigns through voice, email, and SMS text, and provides users with configurable reattempt and escalation rules when detecting busy signals, fax machines, voicemails or no-answers.
The software provides users with access to a single point of administration for creation, modification, and stopping or starting campaigns, adjusting campaign pacing in response to abandonment rate law compliance, and facilitates Do Not Call list management processes.
