DataMagine is a document CMS software solution that helps companies move away from paper document environments and integrates with third party platforms easily. Users can scan their paper documents into the program and have it index document text through OCR technology.

The system can then store documents inside a database and retrieve them as needed. For remote workers, they can access documents from any online console and request access to specific files from management. Users can additionally put all documents under review for compliance, and the product can restrict access to sensitive pieces of data. Lastly, the platform has optional modules for scanning barcodes, IDs, signatures and more.
