Aestiva Travel and Expense is a T&E software solution that automates both travel requests and expense reports and can streamline their processes. The platform allows users to submit a pre-travel request that is then routed to management for approval.

The software provides businesses with tools to let users report expenses by using a corporate credit card or emailing a photo of a receipt, and the expense report will document everything. Additionally, the platform allows users to directly integrate the software with external booking services and sends out notifications for suspect expenses that are not on the company whitelist.
