aACE Accounting is a five-journal accounting system that enables users to track every sale from lead to balance sheet while eliminating instances of duplicate data entry. The platform is designed to manage multiple entities including multiple departments, offices or businesses, is equipped with an integrated payment processing functionality, and provides users with advancing activity logging functionality.

The software calculates sales tax based on delivery location or customer-specific settings, delivers accurate and auditable landed costs for all inventoried items using LIFO, FIFO and specific-unit mapping, and streamlines revenue recognition processes. Additionally, the platform is equipped with budgeting tools, produces both consolidated and entity-specific financial reports, and is equipped with fully integrated PCI compliance credit card, debit card and ACH payment processing capabilities.
