If you're already using Raiser's Edge, I'd be inclined to stay within Blackbaud. There's really tight integration between Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge and a relatively consistent UI across both products. Like Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud's accounting solutions have incredible functionality but they're a little lacking in the ease-of-use department, though ...

Colleen - Are you inquiring from the perspective of a nonprofit organization? Blackbaud specifically develops solutions for nonprofits, whereas Dynamics GP can be used broadly right out of the box.

Nimble is a purpose-built social CRM solution that most likely supplies any of the social functionality you're looking for. At present, I don't think Nimble has any integrated applicant tracking features for recruiting.

Ubeiman - I'm not aware of any product called Profit$. Both Intac and Maxwell Systems offer solid, widely used business management solutions for HVAC contractors. They would be a good place to start.
