About Jive Voice

Jive Voice is VoIP software that provides users with a full set of hosted VoIP features including unlimited voicemail boxes, auto attendants, and both local and long-distance support. The platform enables users to control call routing processes and tracks, create custom schedules and dial plans, and is equipped with a Find Me/Follow Me functionality designed to route incoming calls to multiple phones in a user-specified sequence.

The software is built with an online portal that enables users to control and update phone systems in real-time from any internet-enabled device, allows users to set custom greetings for after-hours blocks of time, and generates and delivers call analytics, queues and recordings. Additionally, the platform allows users to set a year-long phone schedule, is built with fax-to-email functionality, and provides online PBX controls.
