About TimeStar

TimeStar is time tracking and scheduling software that automates timekeeping processes and tasks and accurately monitors employee time. The platform is a self-monitoring, web-based system, enables managers to manage constantly changing schedules, and is designed to capture employee clock-ins from any location.

The software is designed to work with the user’s existing payroll system, alerts users when instances of overtime are about to occur, and generates and delivers reports and insights through Crystal Reports. Additionally, the platform facilitates employee clock-ins through multiple devices types including web punching, mobile devices, telephony, biometric devices and badge-based clock-in tools, is equipped with advanced time calculation tools for managing complex rules and policies, and provides users with PTO tracking and management tools for automating accrual balance rules.
