Ifbyphone is a voice-based marketing automation suite that uses a number of voice technology tools to help convert leads into sales. At first, the program monitors marketing ROI by tracking which pieces of advertisement bring in the most phone calls. Each time a call is received, the system logs it and captures important details about the caller. During the call, the product uses a series of questions to score a lead, updates CRM and marketing data objects automatically and can forward calls to reps.
