About iContracts Universal Contract Manager

iContracts Universal Contract Manager is contract management software that provides users with a centralized database for all active contracts, as well as for managing contract process completion from request to archive. The platform provides users with the framework to managing the full contract lifecycle and related contract components such as addendums, milestones, activities, notes, emails, and metadata.

The software is equipped with an automated rules engine designed to notify users of all milestones, expirations, auto renewals or cancellation terms, allows users to configure rules in order to match any notification patterns as specified by the user, and allows users to determine which staff members receive which notifications. Additionally, the platform provides users with customizable workflows, stores and groups all versioned redlines including supported documents, approvals, notes, emails and activities, and allows users to create and utilize an unlimited number of ad hoc reports for multiple aspects of the contract lifecycle such as expiring contracts, workflow bottlenecks, obligations, renewal terms, and purchase level utilization.
