About Secure Advisor

Secure Advisor is remote support software that enables support staff to take remote control of end-user computers as well as change screen sharing directions so that support staff can demonstrate solutions or teach options by showing their own screens. The platform is designed to be used from any workstation, encrypts data with 256-bit AES encryption, and supports secure file and document exchanges.

The software is equipped with customizable privilege management and settings, a portmapping functionality for accessing devices and controlling machines, and provides users with extensive configuration options. Additionally, the platform records company protocols and sessions, enables supports staff to restart end-user computers during sessions, and is equipped with a remote screen lock functionality.
