About DameWare Mini Remote Control
DameWare Mini Remote Control is help desk software that facilitates screen sharing and session chat with end-users. The platform enables users to connect to out-of-band computers that have crashed or are offline, capture screenshots and create flexible access permissions.
The software allows users to create and deploy custom MSI packages, enforce two-factor authentication in sensitive security environments and manage remote access privileges.
