mycloud Hospitality is hospitality management software that offers features comparable to traditional in-property systems. The platform is designed to interface with most online reservation channels in order to reduce manual efforts and works to eliminate lost reservations, and incorporates new technologies such as social media channel support, mobile computing capabilities, and reporting and analytics tools with enhanced security features.

The software enables users to manage multiple aspects of hotel operation including reservations, check-in and check-out, guest histories, feedback, and connections with travel agents and companies through front desk and front office cashiering tools, and provides users with an in-built credit card processor.
