Voicefox is web conferencing and recording software that enable users to capture and record highlights from online meetings conducted through a majority of web conferencing apps including Gotomeeting, Google Hangouts, Google Meet and Blue Jeans. The platform enables users to gain customer success insight and increase customer engagement, facilitates streamlined interviewing processes and data-driven hiring decisions, and allows users to create bookmarks within the recording.

The software is designed to sign into online meetings as a silent attendee through calendar invitation, attends and records the meeting, and emails the smart recording once the meeting concludes. Additionally, the platform records snapshots of all slides or key frames presented via browser or desktop even if the deck wasn’t shared with attendees, signs into and records meetings even if the presenter logs in to meetings via mobile device or conference room hardware, and provides users with bird’s eye views of who attended the meeting and time line of who spoke during the meeting and for how long.
