CarrierClaim is claim management software designed to support carrier companies with managing incident reports filed against them, as well as manage and store supporting documentation, contact information and salvage details. The platform works as a robust standalone system designed to integrate with the user’s existing TMS, accounting software and other internal systems already in place.
The software is equipped to manage multiple users and multiple locations, as well as implement multiple administrative user levels in order to facilitate multiple access levels and permission and payment authority levels. Additionally, the platform imports claims directly from MyEZClaim, is equipped with an automated notification system designed to alert designated user groups when necessary, and automatically generations notification and follow-up letters for 30, 60 and 90 day intervals.
