About Planning Pod

Planning Pod is an event management software solution that streamlines all event production operations. Users can start out by building event budgets, logging down line items and their associated costs and setting event itineraries. For events that take place in more complicated spaces, the program can build out complete floor plans.

As guests go online to put down their event registrations, the system can maintain all customer communications, process payments and note guest requests. Users can advertise their events across a number of different social media channels, and the product runs an ongoing list of tasks. Lastly, Planning Pod can maintain event-related legal contracts and invoices.
