About Paycor Perform Time

Paycor Perform Time is time clock and labor management software that provides employees with a self-service portal, ensures accurate timekeeping while reducing manual administration, and is equipped with robust reporting tools. The platform is designed to integrate with the user’s payroll system in order to share employee information about hours worked, displays all time clock data within an intuitive dashboard that enables management to drill down into employee punches, and supports multiple time input methods including badge terminals, telephone, biometric readers, and PC input.

The software allows users to edit employee schedules from any web-enabled device, automatically displays exceptions within the intuitive dashboards in order to eliminate the need to search for exceptions, and allows users to configure and specify rules such as overtime, rounding, lunch and holiday rules. Additionally, the platform is equipped with labor distribution tools that allow users to allocate time to different department, time theft prevention functionality that identifies any instances of overpaying employees, and is designed to update time card data every time payroll is run.
