Changeworknow is a recruiting software solution that works with job candidates from application submission to offer. The program hosts a customizable branded job portal on a company website in which applicants can search for openings, answer screener questions and submit their resumes. These candidates are then entered into a tracking system, showing their current application statuses, activity logs and booked appointments. Meanwhile, the product notes all upcoming recruitment tasks on a calendar and sends out reminders to users. Users can perform background checks on applicants during the onboarding process, and workflows can be set up to handle approvals from managers. Lastly, Changeworknow holds all applications in a database and can match them to new openings as companies continue to hire.
