Feedbackstr is a gamification software solution that rewards customers who fill out feedback surveys. At the start, users can draft out survey questions, send them to customers across a number of different online channels and install survey kiosks at retail locations. Customers can then fill these out and earn points that go towards vouchers.
As results continue to come in, the program can display metrics on overall sentiment, benchmark results against KPIs and track each result’s source. Customers can cash out vouchers towards online coupons, and the system keeps tabs on all coupon redemptions. Lastly, the platform can publicly publish survey results on websites.
